Abstract
This project is funded by a subcontract from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
UNL researchers will develop parent videos of 5-10 mindfulness activities and work with Lincoln parents to pilot the activities. The videos will be translated into three languages: English, Spanish and Arabic.
The team also will develop study of 90 parents in Randomized Control Trial, in Lincoln and two Omaha sites.
Researchers will train Lincoln Educare staff in Mindfulness and Brain Games.
