Abstract
This project supports the implementation of the Getting Ready Approach for Home Visitation in the South Dakota Part C Programming.
Getting Ready is an evidence-based model to support parent engagement in early childhood programming.
Specific objectives include:
- Development of an on-site trainer and master coach to support independent use of Getting Ready with South Dakota providers and coaches, including training materials and implementation checklists for providers.
- Co-facilitation of a one-day Getting Ready training with South Dakota coaches in partnership with the on-site trainer.
- Co-facilitation of a webinar for South Dakota coaches in partnership with the on-site trainer. Provision of technical assistance and troubleshooting during Getting Ready implementation.
