Abstract
Researchers will develop evaluation tools to assess satisfaction and feasibility of coach training, professional learning communities and follow-up coaching. They will then implement a data collection protocol to gather information from leadership teams, internal coaches and follow-up coaches to understand how well the coach training is working for participants and yielding change.
Data will be analyzed to determine effectiveness of training, professional learning communities and follow-up coaching; to understand how follow-up coaches prepare for follow-up coaching conversations; and to understand the benefits of follow-up coaching and supports that are needed from the perspective of the leadership teams, internal coaches and follow-up coaches.
Mid-year and final reports will help inform ongoing program improvement.
